- Property Data: Property address, floorplans, service histories, home manuals, videos of repair requests, and MOT audit notes.
- Financial Data: Handled securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain our property management services.
- Compile and securely host your Digital Home Manual and Service Roadmaps.
- Process payments and detect fraud.
- Send you automated transactional emails regarding bookings, invoices, and completed MOTs.
4. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with trusted third parties exclusively to facilitate our services:
- Vetted Tradespeople: Subcontractors hired to complete specific repairs required at your property.
- Infrastructure Providers: Google (Firebase) for secure database hosting, and Vercel for web hosting.
- Financial Processors: Stripe for secure invoicing and subscription management.
