1. Introduction

Welcome to Hausy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of LM Projects (trading as Hausy)'s Website and Services, located at hausy.co.uk.

By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Hausy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Services and Memberships

Hausy provides managed home maintenance, reactive repairs, and property compliance auditing (Home MOT).

  • PAYG Call-outs: Standard reactive repairs are scoped remotely via video and quoted before any work begins or charges are applied.
  • Core & Pro Memberships: Subscription tiers provide preventative maintenance visits and priority reactive support. Included hours do not roll over annually. Materials and parts required for repairs are quoted and charged separately.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invoices for reactive repairs or custom projects must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Membership subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial years or unused preventative visits.

4. Liability

Hausy acts as a managed service provider. While we guarantee the workmanship of our approved tradespeople, Hausy shall not be held liable for pre-existing faults, latent defects, or issues arising from third-party materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Hausy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on custom portals, roadmaps, and digital Home Manuals. You may access this for personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms.
